FRC Flash 1319 has partnered with our sponsor Synnex to organize and host the first annual Girls' STEAM Night Out. This event hosted at Mauldin High School included local tech vendors, including Roper Mountain Science Center, BMW, and Greenville Health System. The event hosted over 250 middle school girls and their families.

We were inspired to organize this event to spread awareness of STEAM activities and careers for young girls. We are dedicated to making STEAM education more inclusive for young girls. Attendees explored VR, drones, chemistry sets, electrical design, web design, photography, FIRST Lego League, and FIRST Robotics Competition. 

We are continuing to partner with Synnex Female 2 Female (F2F) to put on more events all over the country!
